At H2L Robotics / cropr we're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team.

Your role:
At H2L, you’ll be working on cropr, our innovative robot that automates weed removal in agricultural fields. Your mission? To design an intuitive platform that allows users – from farmers to service technicians – to operate it effortlessly.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Mapping the precision agriculture market, identifying trends, opportunities, and challenges. Always on the lookout for new possibilities.

  • Building and nurturing relationships with potential customers, investors, and partners.

  • Preparing cropr for investment rounds by conducting market research, creating business cases, and refining pitches.

  • Crafting and delivering impactful presentations for investors and stakeholders.

  • Advising on strategic decisions that influence product-market fit and scaling opportunities.

  • Collaborating closely with our leadership team to shape cropr’s go-to-market strategy and positioning.

You:

  • Have a proven track record of at least 2 years in strategy consulting, ideally with experience at top-tier consulting firms.

  • Are fluent in Dutch and English.

  • Can analyze complex markets and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Have experience with fundraising or investment rounds, including preparing presentations and financial models.

  • Are skilled in building and maintaining networks with potential customers, investors, and stakeholders.

  • Can create compelling pitches and presentations that align with business goals and market trends.

  • Thrive in dynamic environments and can balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
