UI/UX Designer

At H2L Robotics, we build advanced robots that are transforming tulip and potato farming into a more sustainable, efficient, and safe process for growers.

In this role, you’ll lead the design of intuitive, human-centered interfaces across our machine-to-app ecosystem, covering both the physical interface and its mobile and desktop web applications.

• A salary between €3,500 – €5,000 gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience

• 25 vacation days per year (based on full-time), with the option to purchase additional days

Who are you?

• You have proven experience designing web applications for desktop and mobile.

• You have a deep understanding of how physical machine interactions connect with digital experiences.

• You have hands-on experience with white-label design or scalable design systems.

• You know all about Figma and are confidence working with Material UI.

• You have experience designing features that include map-based or geo-location data visualizations.

• You have the ability to work independently, driving design projects from idea to final handoff with clarity and creativity.

What you will do:

Your mission is to make every interaction feel effortless and meaningful, from the moment a machine starts working the land to the farmer’s final data insight.

You'll:

• Map the full customer journey, focusing on smooth transitions between machine usage and the digital environment.

• Create a base design and prototype before any development begins, ensuring simplicity and efficiency at every step.

• Design for both mobile and desktop, knowing when to differentiate and when to unify UI elements across platforms.

• Develop adaptable, white-label designs that can be easily edited, repurposed, and reused across multiple projects.

• Design job reports and data overviews that align with the needs of farmers, commercial teams, and engineers, turning complex data into clear insights.
