What you will do:

As an Office Manager at H2L/cropr, you will be the cornerstone of our office operations. You ensure everything runs smoothly and support the team so they can fully focus on our innovative projects.

In addition to managing calendars and scheduling appointments, you make sure our office is a great place to work. This includes coordinating office supplies, liaising with suppliers, and preparing meetings. You will take charge of the office layouts,  oversee food, office and cleaning supplies, and organize the warehouse.

You will also organize events, lunches, and team activities and provide a professional and welcoming atmosphere for our visitors. In short, you will be the right hand of the management team and contribute to a smooth and pleasant working environment.
