What you will do

As Operations Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring an efficient and well-organized operation for our tulip and potato robot.

Our tulip robot is a stable product, already in daily use by customers. The entire process – from sales and production to in-season support and maintenance – has been set up with partners. You will ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement. Additionally, a next-generation version of this machine will be developed. Your role will be to define customer needs, manage costs and timelines, and oversee production outsourcing for the new machine.

Your responsibilities:

• Optimize and manage the daily operations of the tulip robot, focusing on production, delivery, and service.

• Establish and structure the operational processes for the potato robot, including production, maintenance, and logistics.

• Lead the market introduction of the potato robot and ensure a scalable rollout strategy.

• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to translate technology into practical applications.

• Stakeholder management: Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and investors.

With your leadership, you will ensure that our tulip robot maintains its strong market position while our potato robot successfully enters the agricultural sector.
